Giving Back

Service projects and Fundraising

This year we've started a service project and fundraising committee; a group of wonderful members who are going to work together to organize our clubs efforts to better our community.  We feel it's important to show our children the value of giving back to the community.
The MOMS Club Kids made over 75 "Survival Kit" goodie bags for our local law enforcement officers.  We toured the station and they were able to check out the cruisers!

How We Help:

 Fundraising

At the end of each year, our members vote for a charity that becomes the main recipient of our fundraising efforts for the year.  We also choose a second organization for a smaller donation.

Events held throughout the year to raise funds include:

  • Annual garage sale

  • Bunco night

  • Restaurant/ Indoor play area fundraisers

  • Raffles

Service Projects

Quarterly throughout the year, we organize an activity for our moms and kids that gives back to the community. A few examples are:

  • Diaper Drives

  • Playground clean-ups

  • Visiting a local nursing home

  • Food Pantry Drives

Some of the Charities that we have sponsored in the past include:

Ronald McDonald House                  Women’s Veterans Home

Alpha Pregnancy Center                    Books For Troops

No Bottom Left Behind                      Domestic Violence & Rape

         Compassionate Friends                                     Crisis Center
